Pastry graceful close timeout leads to some deadlock #17

The iris req/req tests sometimes display a deadlock after a few pastry nodes don't clean up fast enough. But it might as well be that deadlock is first and because of that the teardown times out. Dunno, will need to investigate this.

After a lot of scribe and iris overlay scope fixing, I haven't seen this bug occur again. The lockup probably occurred somewhere else which got patched up at a point. I'm closing this thread for now.
