A user creates a Secret that we use to authenticate to an existing Postgres connection

Closes #18

Notes for our call:

Remove the dead code
Refactor to getting the CronJob's environment variable configuration through os.Getenv
Propagate the context.Context parameter we can for free from the Reconcile driver method to the function's responsible for generating CronJob resources

Follow up(s):

Introduce documentation that walks through how a user can create a Secret resource that contains the database credentials
