Create a document to list and understand the koku-metrics-operator data generated #57

Tasks:

  1. Create a document enlisting all the parameters generated by the koku-metrics-operator and mention about what they signify.
  2. Analyze the current code of curator-operator to see what gaps to fill in.
  3. Get an estimate of how long it would take to implement the listed gaps.
