Implement S3 file storage for backup in curator-operator #62

Should be able to store all zipped and unzipped files in an S3 bucket.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
