Document naming conventions #38

Would be good to document the different naming conventions we use and why (e.g. dashes vs. underscores in filenames).

Seems like we define a few different names:

Switched from dashes to underscores for solution filenames. Helps with https://github.com/project-lovelace/lovelace-problems/issues/21
