Problem Description: The advanced search multiple fields lists the following options: have Any, have All, have None. The first letter, H, should be capitalized.

Expected Behavior/Solution: AS multiple fields will have name options updated to display: Have Any, Have All, and Have None.

Requirements:

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.

Not an issue. We want the H to be lower case.
