Explore hierarchy should render HMO part_of HMO, as well as HMO member_of Set

Problem Description:

Some archival descriptions have files (HMO) and items (HMOs) which are part_of the file HMO. This is not rendered by the explore widget as it expects only the leaf to be an HMO and then everything above to be a Set.

Expected Behavior/Solution: The leaf HMO item should be treated as part of the hierarchy when it is part_of another HMO.

Requirements:

Needs example from PMC to be built and loaded. There are 436 such items coming in the next data set.

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.

Not yet, but in the next PMC build there'll be a few hundred of them.

ticket forming:

• only applied to PMC.
• last PMC dataset was on Aug 14. Not in the current build.
• leaving this as blocked as we are unsure when the next build will be available.
