Identify and assess available software upgrades (from 806)

Problem Description: Looks like our last comprehensive review of component upgrades was in June 2022 and Backend v1.0.4, when we upgraded these.

Scope of this ticket is to go through https://git.yale.edu/lux-its/marklogic/blob/main/docs/lux-backend-security-and-software.md#software to:

1. Identify and document available upgrades.
2. If you learn a particular upgrade addresses a security vulnerability, note it and add the "security" label to this ticket.
3. Determine if/when an upgrade will be pursued, creating a ticket for those that we want to move on.
4. If lux-backend-security-and-software.md is missing a component, add it and see if it has an available upgrade.

Expected Behavior/Solution: Identify and assess available software upgrades.
