Update single field "ID" help text in Advanced Search

Problem Description: The help text for the single field ID needs to corrected on People & Group as it only displays one path (e.g data/person) versus the multiple paths an ID can have.

Expected Behavior/Solution: Update the help text for the ID single field to reflect the multiple paths a user can take.

Requirements:

• Help text will be updated to display:

  Search for People & Groups by their LUX data URI (e.g. starting with https://lux.collections.yale.edu/data/ and followed by a UUID, not the URI with /view/ in it).

• Help text change for ID field will only occur for the People & Group tab.

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.
