Create Search Term For Objects or Works That Are Subjects Of Other Works

Problem Description: Frontend/middle tier want to display Works that are the subject of other works

NOTE: do not use about field as indexed keyword search. Triples only

Expected Behavior/Solution: Create a field and search term that allow to search for objects or works that are the subject of other works

Requirements: @azaroth42 @kkdavis14 do we want to search in both directions? E.g.: a. Works that are about this object/work b. Objects/Works that this work is about

In that case we will need the pipeline to create a new triple

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.

FYI this also includes Objects--do you have a separate ticket for that? i.e. first sentence should be frontend wants to displayed Works and Objects that are the subject of other Works.
