Automatically back up the App-Services database (from 544)

Problem Description: This is the database query console workspaces are stored in.

As we already do for the lux-content database, we can use ML Gradle to specify a backup schedule for the App-Services database. A new ML Gradle database configuration file will likely be needed. One could start by exporting that database's current configuration, trimming it down, adding a backup schedule, and placing within https://git.yale.edu/lux-its/marklogic/tree/main/src/main/ml-config/base/databases.

Expected Behavior/Solution:

• Backup the App-Services database as the lux-content database is backed up.

Requirements:

• use a new ML Gradle to specify a backup schedule for the App-Services database.
• Must be placed placing https://git.yale.edu/lux-its/marklogic/tree/main/src/main/ml-config/base/databases.

Needed for promotion: If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.
