Provide script to find queries previously executed in Query Console #87

Ever lose a valuable query while in Query Console?! If the query was executed at least once, there is still hope --by searching the App-Services database. It just happened to me so I wrote a script to track it down. Passing on to others.

Scripted added via PR https://github.com/project-lux/lux-marklogic/pull/88 and immediately merged into the release1.13 branch.
