Problem Description:
A HAL link for the cause_of_creation is needed to display the tab [tab name] on the front end. This will use the search terms from the mark logic ticket below.
Expected Behavior/Solution:
HAL link [query name] will be created to display the search results on event records in the front end.
Requirements:
HAL Link [HAL Link Name] will display the search results for cause of creation.
Needed for promotion:
If an item on the list is not needed, it should be crossed off but not removed.
