Add version number to the puzzlefs image manifest #71

The puzzlefs manifest is the file referenced by index.json and it contains the array of metadata layers that describe the puzzlefs image.

There's also https://github.com/opencontainers/image-spec/blob/main/image-layout.md#oci-layout-file which seems to serve a similar purpose.
