"PVALIDATE and initialize the legacy SMBIOS range" (#4982) assumes Linux commit 0f4a1e80989a ("x86/sev: Skip ROM range scans and validation for SEV-SNP guests") is included in the kernel. The commit is included in 6.1.x stable as of 6.1.84 per https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?h=linux-6.1.y&id=df84d9f7796feeb8dea0a4721e269da371982b76, so bump the kernel version accordingly.
