Clarify sentence in readme #5038

This sentence was slightly incorrect, so I removed the word “from” from it. Then I changed the wording slightly to make it clearer.

I’m guessing it used to say “preventing the service provider hosting the server from accessing the data being processed” and was incompletely edited.

This assumes I’ve understood correctly, of course! I’m not very familiar with Oak, so please check that I haven’t misunderstood the intended meaning of this sentence.

Hi, thank you for the fix. We are in the process of revamping the readme file, so the fix will become obsolete soon.
