make a dataset that has the original customer features + the kmeans labels then do a whole lot of EDA on it to determine what the defining characteristics of each cluster is, and how the clusters are different from each other.

this is an exercise in Data Storytelling

put your results in a markdown document called `findings.md`

the document should be split into 3 sections:

introduce the data and business context briefly
compare and contrast k means labels
provide suggestions for how the business can use the kmeans labels for operational improvements or strategic decisions
