Unable to enter the Crypt of Home dungeon #500

Describe the bug Attempting to enter the instance gives:

Instance of #385, but probably worth keeping it open separately as CoH is a bit more of an important playfield than all of the others we've seen this for so far.

Confirmed. I received the same message with identical values when attempting to enter Crypt of Home.

To teleport inside you can temporary use teleport: /macro CoH /teleport 233 156 y 60 4805

Another bug for CoH is that there are no mobs / bosses inside. Completely empty. Not sure if that qualify for a new issue.
