Mission key not spawning in inventory #675

As reported by Lopnk in #673

Describe the bug No mission key is generated when pulling a mission. mission appears to be enterable without issue but its disorienting

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Roll mission
  2. Accept mission
  3. No key

Expected behavior A key should spawn in the player's inventory when accepting a mission

Can confirm this issue is happening. Attempted to zone and see if it appears in inventory, nogo.

Furthermore, as a result of this - two people can't do the same mission, because a key is not present to be duplicated.

We also tried pulling a mission, and only the person pulling the mission can enter the building.

i got a mission outside to the door on the right of the foremans, got no key and couldn't enter the mission area, running into the door did nothing fore
