XP Mission Reward #691

Describe the bug After completing a misison, the xp reward (from system) does not match the received reward.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Compelte a mission
  2. Receive reward

Expected behavior Values should match

Could be due to XP caps. I forget the exact percentage, but a single mission can only fill so much of your XP bar. This is why we ask for character info on these bug templates ;)

The 10% XP cap is applying to mission rewards, this shouldn't be the case.

I believe there is a cap on mission XP rewards - I want to say something like 25% or 50%? This is bypassed by certain missions e.g. dailies on live, though. Definitely should be higher than 10% though.

Adjusted XP cap to 33% of current level and updated mission results messaging so they should match.

To test exactly above will need to complete a mission at level 10.
