Half-Digested Body Parts Always Spawn Max QL Implants #851

Reproduction steps

1.Find an 'Half Digested Human Head/Torso/Arms/Hands and Wrists/ Legs and Feet (Mortiigs in Jobe Starter Area drop these for example, also Hecklers, Horrors, etc.)
2.Open it (Right Click)
3.A QL300 (sometimes QL200) Implant spawns

Expected results

Spawn Implant in Random QL

Actual results

It always spawns highest QL that is possible with cluster/implant combination.

Description

According to AOwiki.de (german) which is roughly what I remember how these work:

'By right-clicking the parts, the implant is spawned with a 76% probability with a random QL in the inventory...'

I looked for other sources of insight with what QL these Implants spawn but had no luck on Auno comments, AOuniverse, Forum threads that I found via google...

I suspect this may have been fixed by my recent update

Confirmed, this is now giving sensible QLs! Closing as fixed as of 14/09/2024.
