Jobe Armor quest doesn't check for proper Tailor measurements #919

Reproduction steps

1.  Try to make sense of the title of this bug report
2.  Get measurements for a helmet from a tailor
3.  Go to your NPC is jobe for the quest turn in and ask for a breastplate, but hand in the helmet measurements.  You'll still receive the breastplate

Expected results

It should kick back and tell you that you wrong.

Actual results

I got a pretty breastplate.

Description

It isn't game-breaking in any way, and I doubt anyone will even come across this bug haha.

I tried to repro using the Helmet measurements, 4x Shere Insigs and the 2mil but was turned down.

Funnily, the Helmet option didnt work either.

Could you elaborate further on the method you took?
