Nano Interruption on each attack on certain Mobs in SL #991

Reproduction steps

1. Go to coordinates `.tp 959.5, 1305.1, y 29.0, 4310`
2. Fight some Hai-Tempterus
3. Observe the interruption of Hai-Tempterus - GflowWait on each attack.

Expected results

Actual results

Hai-Tempterus - GflowWait for attack has been interrupted while running in Hai-Tempterus's NCU.
Hai-Tempterus - GflowWait for attack has been interrupted while running in Hai-Tempterus's NCU.

This is intended behaviour, though the player seeing this message is not. The message itself is actually a QoL improvement so that players can see when e.g. roots/snares are broken on attack. It may be possible to hide the messages based on ItemFlags.
