The latter two would could be broken out as separate issues as they'd likely take only a few days or weeks to implement. The text content however would be quick to set up using something like this (and maybe this long term) but we would take more of a plan to maintain.
We should probably focus on other things (like ingesting and displaying more data) for the time being but this would certainly broaden the number of people who could use the site and our pool of potential contributors a lot.
