Add the ability to export data #2

This also came up in our discussion with Lindsey the other day. We should talk to some potential users and think through desired formats (e.g. CSV, JSON) and where people would want to see this added first (e.g. "Explore" summaries or for "Search" results)...

Tinkered around with a couple different design options but I'm landing on this...

Should be able to spin some of these up rather quickly and prototype some CSVs.
