Explore / Better way to structure metrics?

@ashkenas noted during our call that it wasn't immediately apparent on our landing page (and maybe the per country "Economics" section where we pulled them from) that following metric "spark" charts conveyed the following...

• Large bold colored number corresponds to the metric for the country (e.g. the green $10.9t).
• Smaller number next to "World" in the little background card corresponds to the world average (e.g. $170.0b).

I'm open to a completely different formulation of the graphic that looks still good from a design perspective but is more readable/functional...

Though I'm also realizing the some small revisions to current design could probably address the concern as well if others agree this is a problem (we only heard this feedback from @ashkenas so far)...

• Make the vertical bar, dot and associated text for the world average grey (similar to the horizontal bar).
• Add a hover behavior to the filled bar for the country-specific number the further fades (or maybe completely hides) the world average to highlight the main number.
• Add a hover behavior to "World" text/number to darken the corresponding elements.

Other ideas for revisions to the current chart welcome as well! I can spin up a mock up if/when we deem this a priority.
