Explore / Better access to countries in democracy index visual

One of my co-workers checked out the site and noted that in the worldwide politics visual the user essentially has to hover every circle to find a country. This is a really good point and after discussing, @gerard070 and I see these options...

• A typeahead could be provided in the left-hand key for that section (to highlight the circle for a specific country).
• The stick, top-level typeahead could be leveraged in some way before a selection is made...
  • The focused country option could be highlighted in each chart.
  • All search results could be highlighted so the charts "winnow down" as you type.
• The country-specific page could show the worldwide chart but with only that country highlighted (meh).
• Maybe there's a better visualization entirely?
