As a consumer of data on Project Seldon, i want a feature that allows me to request new data sets / visualizations that are of value to me.
As a member of the developer community on project seldon, i would like to be compensated for my efforts, and ensure that i am delivering the most value possible from my contributions
As a mechanism to encourage the growth of our developer/consumer community we should build a bounty program that allows users to request data sets and visualizations that they need. This would also allow contributors to be compensated for their work, and enable us to monetize the platform (if compensation was financial)
We would create a 2 sided market place of buyers (data consumers) and sellers (data / visualization providers)
If we want to compensate users financially, we will need to ;
set up user profiles / user account spaces (contribution, data consumer, admin....)
consider providing escrow services (similar to upwork) with payouts based on work completion (this would allow us to capture a fee for our service)
