Explore / Integrate "Incarceration" data

I think it would be interesting to add a new "Explore" summary with high-level metrics on each country's incarceration rates, the number of prisons and the number of people in prison (and how that's changed over time). Something like "Incarceration" or, more broadly, "Law and Order". I started doing a little research and found the following which seems promising...

Just wanted to capture this research somewhere. It's probably worth doing some more before choosing one and enriching the country statistics.

I don't know if that UN link actually has incarceration data 🤔, though I do think it was quoted as a source on one of the others. In any case, it might be useful for other metrics though the documentation and functionality on the website is a bit tough to navigate.
