Can't cancel a limit order #64

Hello, can someone help me. I have numerous orders on the Serum dex that I want to change the prices on and when I hit the Cancel button in Open Orders it just sits there Refreshing itself forever. I've been using my Cell phone, placing orders usually works fine, converting works most of the time, I just cant cancel any and it has alot of my money tied up.

I am having the same issue. Tried Firefox and Chrome browsers on Android and on Windows. All cases click cancel and just get a spinning symbol forever and the order does not cancel. This is for a BTC/USDC limit sell order.

I get an error too when trying to cancel; either spins or says failed to get recent blockhash...

@jtmontana you should keep the pop up open(which you connected your wallet) and approve the request after you clicked Cancel button.

Please can you explain in details? I am having the same issue. My money has been lagging there 4 months now. Thanks

Hey @Samrichy1994, My case may be different than yours, do you use sollet.io for wallet?

Hi--i'm having the same issue. Nothing appears in the pop up for my sollet.io wallet. Here is the message i get when i try to cancel the order: Error cancelling order Cannot read property 'makeMatchOrdersTransaction' of undefined

Update--after about an hour it seemed to resolve itself and i was able to successfully cancel.
