rename sollet-wrapped assets and add wormhole-wrapped assets to token/market lists #204

in both mainnet-beta.json and markets.json:

rename sollet-wrapped ETH to soETH (etc)
add wormhole-wrapped ETH as ETH

soon we might want to remove the sollet-based markets, but i didn't want to do that yet

Is the a chance that sollet-wrapped markets would preserve the same naming and wormhole-wrapped ones would have a prefix instead? Serum-vial (https://github.com/tardis-dev/serum-vial) uses market names to identify markets (I know one could argue it should be handled differently).
