Display Slippi settings on a secondary "page"

Changes thus far

• Nintendont and Slippi settings are separated into two "pages" (each page is only separated by a redraw)
  • Changing pages is an option at the bottom of each page (this is untested)
• added an enum of Slippi settings to CommonConfig.h

Further Plans

• Make descriptions take up more space at the bottom of the screen
• Change the background image so reading the settings and descriptions is easier
• Test
