Show voice size before downloading

It would be nice to show the size of a voice before it's downloaded, so that a user can make a more informed decision.

It seems that showing this information involves making a network request. Making a request for each voice seems unreasonable imo.

Not sure what to do with this.

Maybe a dialog can be introduced that will show more details of the voice (including the size, and in the future a preview).
