How to get telemetry.min.js file mentioned in docs #249

I am unable to find the standalone telemetry JS library telemetry.min.js that is mentioned in the Telemetry Sending documentation. Should we use the telemetryLibrary.js in the sunbird utils in place of telemetry.min.js?

Hi, Thanks for uploading the telemetry.min.js file. Is the file a minified version of: https://github.com/project-sunbird/sunbird-js-utils/blob/master/sb_telemetry_util/telemetryLibrary.js
