Project Description Anarde is the NGO working rural areas of Gujarat and Maharashtra. They working three areas,

Development projects - clean drinking water management and conservation
Low Cost Infrastructure - sanitation and housing.
Financial Inclusion - self Help group development Currently data capture happens manually, our task is to digitize data capture.

Success Metrics Move from paper pen to digital data which can be used for analysis.

Update from the discussion @amarkamthe and @PradnyaBaviskar on 12th June:

Project is in the ideation phase
Anarde team shared sample questionnaires with soft corner team.
Exploring Kobo as a potential tool.
Waiting on Arnade team for potential dates for a workshop to demo the usage of Kobo toolbox.
Privacy, security details of the data to be discussed.
Consent mechanisms to be discussed and finalized.

Update from the meeting with Anarde for Kobo toolbox demo

@amarkamthe demoed creation of Forms using Kobo toolbox. Forms were created based on the questionnaire shared by Anarde team earlier.
Anarde team will try creating other sections of the form and entering dummy data in it, to ensure it covers all types of data that they currently collect manually.
After Anarde team is comfortable using Kobo forms, another detailed call to be scheduled to understand the reports they want to generate.
This will be followed by a requirement document and further work plan.
