Campaign "Region Info" doesn't show Allied Notes

I have:

• [x] checked the commit log to see if my issue has been resolved since my server was last updated

Client Version (type /ver in game) : 30180427_2

Source Branch (master/stable) : master

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) :

1. Do some quest that adds Allied Notes
2. Check Amount under Campaign section of Region Info
3. It reports 0 no matter how much you have.
4. Check status -> currencies (shows actual amount you have)

I've got a fix for this in the works, but I'm also implementing the rest of the campaign packets with it. Most of it is done, but there's a few more things I might ask you to capture to figure out what a few unknown bits are (or if they're just junk).
