Map server crash - zone out of an instance zone w/o an instance attached to player

I have:

[x] checked the commit log to see if my issue has been resolved since my server was last updated

Client Version (type /ver in game) : 30181205_0

Source Branch (master/stable) : master

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) : on a multiserver system, if a player logs into an instance zone or a GM ports to it.
