Applications can not detect Logitech QuickCam USB device #70

Neither Linphone nor Cheese applications can not detect Logitech QuickCam USB device.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Webcamd is running webcamd user is added to operator and wheel groups usbconfig shows ugen assignment editing /etc/devfs.rules.trident and /etc/default/devfs.rules with add path 'usb/*' mode 0660 group operator not solved issue. The application Cheese suggested pw groupmod webcamd -m me

Expected behavior Linphone video dialogue box does not show the device Cheese reports threre's a problem with the device.

OS Version: FreeBSD trident-4729 13.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT GENERIC-NODEBUG amd64

webcamd [-d ugen0.2] -N vendor-0x046d-product-0x0990 -S 2D04D911 -M 0 ugen0.2: <vendor 0x046d product 0x0990> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps) pwr=ON (500mA)

Linphone video now works [selects v4l2]. Not sure if Update 4 or installing webcamoid application caused the change. The application Cheese still fails to locate webcam device.
