Should we override the default UI theme? #70

Currently, most UI elements in the game look kind of like this: image

Grey, dark, small, and slightly rounded.

Some others look more customized: image

As far as I'm aware right now, all of these customizations are overrides added to an individual element. I think it might be good to add a project wide Theme so everything looks consistent, and while we're at it, make sure that it looks nice and professional.

Also, this is related to the visual design of the project, so maybe @sahbaset should be involved in making sure it's consistent with the new logo, etc
