This is an subsequent feature of #3 .

After getting individual word, it is also good to find its meaning. An offline dictionary can fulfill this request without Internet connection.

The Lingoes dictionary is extracted from VNR, with sqlite3 database format.

The first edition implemented. Better render based on the dict content is needed.
