Stop exiting fullscreen mode when losing focus #1473

For those of us with 2 (or more) monitors, it can be really helpful to have a game running in fullscreen on one, and a web browser in the other. In something like Retroarch this is no problem. I can click between the monitors just fine. PJ64 however will always switch to a window when losing focus, so I'd like to see this behaviour changed, or perhaps some sort of borderless fullscreen support. I presume this is a PJ64 issue, but I'm using GlideN64 for what it's worth.

I have the same thing happen using a single monitor, Windows 10, but it only happens with version 2.3, version 1.6 stays full screen. If 2.3 is full screen and I alt-tab then the window switches from full screen to windowed. On version 1.6 however it stays full screen and simply brings the window I alt-tabbed to, to the front, which I think is the correct behavior. I see the same thing with both Glide64 or GlideN64 plugins for both version for PJ64.

I have it happen also with Windows 10. If full screen resolution is not maximum 1600 x 900, I was getting balloon notification from graphics telling me this is not optimal full screen resolution. Which throws me out of fullscreen. With Project64-Video I need to set to a 4x3 resolution for Goldeneye.

Workaround is to right-click your graphics tray icon and disable balloon notifications.
