Gray has talked about implementing a GUI for Pypeline. It would make it easier to use, and it looks like programming it in Tkinter might not be that hard.

I have nothing else to do right now, but the assembly should be happening today. We're just still waiting for Jared and Dan to get here.

Sounds like we aren't going to put this in, at least for the time being. Status changed to wontfix
