encoding cleaning #13

msg pack has been depreciated, so it should be removed from the code. we also discussed the possibility to always check for a json encoding, but if no encoding is provided, test with a json encoding.

solved with 7f37e2768e0942c82fc8da010919a20542ce947c also solves https://github.com/project8/dripline-python/issues/11
