Are logging levels configurable #22

Hornet has nice, colored, output with time stamps at various levels (INFO, NOTICE, DEBUG, etc.). Is it possible to configure, at runtime, what verbosity level is printed?

Not yet. It has been my intention to make them configurable, though.
