Repairing travis #177

To avoid using brew, I used the p8dependencies container (from luna). A Katydid image is then build (note that Katydid is in Debug mode and with the test executables) and tests executables are tested.

So Tavis successfully builds the docker image and run the tests. The number of tests is very small and only includes the ones @cclaessens and I developed while back during the Katydid rework week at UW last summer. I bet there are way more we should/could add, but I am not sure which one are the most useful and are working. I can open an issue about this...
