Places where 1 channel is assumed:

mt_digitizer_pxie5122.cc

line 140, 1 channel is enforced
Channels strings are used at lines 196, 236, 243, 248, and 461; sometimes these should address however many channels are being used, and sometimes it should address a single channel
There needs to be a calib_param struct for every channel
The difference between the size of a single channel's record and the size of the total "waveform" (NI term) needs to be dealt with appropriately in different places
