Idling Psyllid using 1/3 of a CPU on Zeppelin #33

Here are Psyllid channels b and c today while nothing is using them:

 7210 root      20   0  671548  21440   9556 S  36.8  0.0 599:34.62 psyllid                                                                                   
 7211 root      20   0  671548  21128   9208 S  33.1  0.0 538:18.28 psyllid

I suspect this is the network packets being cycled through without using them, but it should be looked into.
