@ebeshero was correct in #250 that Ant's pathconvert is (IME) the way to go when making an Ant build file that works on both Windows and *nix.

This doesn't not work for me.

Thanks very much, @tgraham-antenna ! Tested on Mac, Linux, and, of course, Windows (on a VM) and this seems to work perfectly; merging this now into dev.
