We want @place to required on all <stage> elements in semi-diplomatic transcriptions except those that are hungwords. For <stage> elements that are descendants of a <seg> element with a @type value of either "turnover" or "turnunder", we want to prohibit @place, which messes with our ability to style the hungword as a whole.

This should only be checked when the status of the file is ._INP.

I can write Schematron for this one.

@LEMDO-PM Does this ONLY apply to _INP, or should it be _INP and all subsequent stages of editing?

@martindholmes: _INP and all subsequent stages of editing (so NOT IML-TEI or IML-TEI_collating or TEI_collating).
