Move third-party libraries to "vendor" dir. #705

Non-functional change, just moved all third-party libs (omtpl, SOIL2 and hlslparser) to "vendor" dir to keep the actual library source structure clean.

Note some files aren't recognized as moved because I had to fix line endings from CRLF to LF to be able to add them to Git again.
